ISS has acquired cleaning
services provider Group 4 Maintenance in Belgium, a company with 1,200
employees expecting to generate a turnover of DKK 228m (£19m).
In Sweden, ISS has bought the activities of Överbacka Städ
och Puts, a cleaning provider with 52 employees and an expected turnover
of DKK 13m (£1m).
The Israeli acquisition gives ISS a 75% share of Sharit Technologies
- a DKK 20m (£1.7m) turnover company with 16 employees. As part
of the deal ISS Ashmoret has an option after two years to acquire the
remaining 25% of Sharit, which provides damage control management and
electronic, mechanical and structural restoration services.
