Select Facilities Services has been awarded six regional contracts since last month, developing the company’s national network.

The contracts include Liverpool based charity Typetalk, operated by the Royal National Institute for the Deaf and BT, where Select will manage building maintenance and support services; FM for St David’s House, a multi tenant building in the city and the management of a retail park in Enfield.

MD Jeremy Waud said: “These accounts, managed at regional level are very important in strengthening our national presence. New business predominantly from the private sector has been coming in waves in recent weeks. We have been chosen by Heinz Europe to provide facilities management services at their new 6,500 sq m (70,000 sq ft) European HQ in Hayes, and also to manage the 11,000 sq m (120,000 sq ft) Waterfront building in Hammersmith for Aberdeen Investors. It is really a very exciting time for us.”
