Joseph A. Cabrera has joined Cushman & Wakefeld as the
company’s executive director. He has 15 years of professional brokerage
experience behind him as well as a list of clients that includes Bertelsmann,
Citigroup, DraftWorldwide (part of The Interpublic Group), Harcourt and
Reuters.
"Cushman and Wakefield has a long and distinguished history in the
New York real estate industry, but its global platform for providing professional
services to my clients, many of them international companies, made my
decision to join the firm the right one at this time," said Cabrera.

Cabrera was formerly an executive managing director with Insignia/ESG
in New York City, completing more than 1.9m sq m (20m sq ft) of leasing
transactions in 100 cities during his career. Prior to working with Insignia/ESG
he was Northeast regional president of the Galbreath Company.
