An MSc in Facilities Management is to start on the 1st of February this year at LMU in Leeds. This distance learning course consists of the equivalent of ten modules and can be taken by students anywhere world-wide.

Students take one or two modules at a time and each module is separately assessed. They include:

• Facilities Strategy & Procurement
  
• Management Principles & Human Resource Management
  
• Managing the Property Asset
  
• Facilities Operations Management
  
• Energy & Maintenance Management
  
• Research Methods
  
• Elective (you choose from a choice of two modules)
  
• Dissertation (equivalent to three modules)
