  ISS Denmark expands

ISS Denmark has acquired 50% of the shares of InterFurn of Denmark A/S, effective from 1st January 2000.

ISS Denmark had a turnover of DKK 24 mn (£2 mn) in 1999, employing 60 people. With its Head Office in Copenhagen, the company serves a large number of both public and private customers.

The acquisition further strengthens ISS Denmark's comprehensive range of property-related services as ISS's customers will now have access to InterFurn's competencies in project management, design, refurbishment and furnishing.
