Clerical Medical has outsourced its facilities management
services for the first time in a £1.75m three year service contract
awarded to Honeywell’s Enterprise Service Solutions business.
Honeywell will provide services such as facilities management, M&E
maintenance and project management as well as a customer help desk,
at Clerical Medical’s two head office buildings in Bristol and
Clevedon.
Clerical Medical’s general manager for special projects, Andy Harrison,
commented: “We are outsourcing these services for the first time
to gain the expertise of a big company that specialises in facilities
management, rather than relying on own limited resources.”
