Trammell
Crow Savills has won the contract to provide facilities management
for the 4,500 sq m (50,000 sq ft) Manchester Airport British Airways
executive lounge and office areas. This is an extension to TCS’
existing BA contract where the company provides FM at the 5,100 sq m
(55,000 sq ft) call centre, also in Manchester.
The FM services at the call centre, which accommodates 325 employees,
includes soft services such as aromatherapy and massage as well as hard
services including M&E, cleaning and security.
