Eurica, the property and facilities management subsidiary of ISG, has won a 10 year contract with UK based financial services mutual Liverpool Victoria for the management of its property, facilities and services.

The FM company will provide a broad range of property and occupancy support services from within ISG, to Liverpool Victoria’s HQ and regional offices, managing a budget of approximately £100m over the contract life.

Commenting on the contract award Julian Squire, Chief Executive of Eurica said: “The Liverpool Victoria contract represents an excellent example of the type of long term business which Eurica was established to deliver for ISG. The strategic long term partnering approach to this contract, chosen by LV, will generate substantial ongoing benefits in cost and quality terms for them.”
