• AMEC Facilities has appointed Gary Maloney (pictured top left) and Andy Chesterman to its business team. Gary, previously Strategic Sales Director with Citex Property & Facilities, will head up the business development unit, based in London. Andy who was previously with Honeywell will be responsible for developing customer relationships.

• Co-founder and director of Argyll Business Centres, Chris Bishop (pictured bottom left with Director of Sales, Marketing and Communications Bente Jungquist), is to assume the role of managing director following Tomas Gronager's move to Abbey Business Centres. Bente Jungquist, who has been with Argyll since its launch, will continue as director of sales, marketing and operations.
  
  Chris Bishop said: "In a dynamic and evolving sector with huge growth potential, our unique formula of tradition, technology and five star service has been very well received. Our three centres are currently exceeding target capacity and our plans include a further four centres in London this year alone."
