Haden chooses Maximo

Haden Building Management, part of Balfour Beatty, has selected Maximo Extended Enterprise for all its facilities management and building services. Haden extensively evaluated the market, and searched for a solution that could be provided via a centralised hosting model. The solution also needed to support Haden’s requirement of being a core-business system that can offer value added services and manage complex service contracts.

Maximo Extended Enterprise will act as Haden’s core-business platform for the operational management of facilities and building services, and will be the demand driver and e-procurement solution for online purchasing of maintenance and service items. Haden chose Maximo Extended Enterprise for its flexibility, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and track record within the facilities management industry.

“We chose Maximo Extended Enterprise because we needed a comprehensive solution to effectively manage our customers’ assets and resource productivity. Maximo provides the essential functionality we require in a core business system with its ability to manage complex contracts and facilitate the provision of service. It is imperative to manage our customers facilities and business services with the high level of expertise that they expect,” said Mike Fellows, managing director, Haden Building Management Ltd.
