Nortel FM in UK

Nortel Networks has appointed CB Hillier Parker to provide corporate FM services to its 120,000 sq m in the UK. CB Hillier Parker's parent company, CB Richard Ellis, has been handling Nortel's real estate services since 1993, and before this appointment managed 500,000 sq m of Nortel Networks related property in nine countries.

As a result of this appointment, CB Richard Ellis and CB Hillier Parker are managing over 650,000 sq m in 47 locations worldwide for Nortel Networks.
