MacLellan International has won a building services contract, worth in the region of £800,000, for Rank Xerox at its new headquarters in Portugal.

The MacLellan team will take responsibility for a range of mechanical installation duties at the Lisbon building including water and electricity supply for the global office equipment manufacturer. The contract will also involve staff in the installation of on-site fire protection systems and in ensuring heating, ventilation and air conditioning are all functioning as they should.

It is a very encouraging time here with the potential for us to become involved in other major building projects in the near to medium future."
