Stiell wins contract with Bank of Scotland

Stiell, one of the newest names to emerge as a major FM and IT provider, has won a £125 million, UK-wide contract with Bank of Scotland.

The five-year contract, which is due to start this month, will involve Stiell providing FM services for all of the 430 Bank of Scotland branches and offices throughout the UK, including call centres and data centres. The contract will involve the transfer of 20 Bank of Scotland facilities management personnel to Stiell.

Stiell will provide a full FM package, including building fabric maintenance, M&E services, technical systems, catering, cleaning and utilities management. Stiell will also be implementing a 24-hour help desk service, which will be based in Chester.

Bill Allan, Managing Director at Stiell said: "This contract clearly illustrates our ability to offer an integrated approach, combining information technology, process engineering and facilities management. We are delighted to be working with Bank of Scotland and are aware of their business needs. We plan to work with key suppliers to provide critical levels of support and significant property management cost reductions."
