Law firm Linklaters is to occupy the 8,800 sq m (95,000 sq ft) development by Helical Bar at 3 Bunhill Row.

The developer said Linklaters has agreed to pay £44/sq ft on the ground floor and £46/sq m on the first to fourth floors.

Linklaters, which has over 900 lawyers based in nearby Silk Street is part of the Linklaters & Alliance group, one of the leading global legal practices with nearly 3,000 lawyers and other professionals operating in combined teams from 34 offices in major financial and business centres worldwide.

Building works should be completed by the end of next year.
