ISS opens staff university
ISS has opened a ‘university’ in Copenhagen to which company representatives are invited from the 36 countries in which ISS operates.

The university is part of the Group’s “create2005” vision statement in which ISS reveals its intentions to “Encentivise” its staff. Situated at the Group’s HQ, the university aims to offer life learning, meaning there is no set time for someone to have learnt the operations of ISS Sweden for example. Staff are left to learn in their own time. Presentations by Group management
are also available on the company’s intranet.

During a four day course at the university, attendees will learn of other country operations, their centres of excellence and how best to transplant services already successfully offered elsewhere. They will also be informed of International Career Exchanges with other countries.
