We are working with a leading global law firm, based in London, who are looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Business Data Manager. With international offices and a presence in the major financial markets, this position will work as part of the Corporate Real Estate and Office Services department providing data interrogation and oversight on all contracts and supplier performance.

The Role

Data interrogation and investigation to support an intelligent building strategy that will focus on improving the efficiency of our real estate portfolio and productivity of our suppliers

Management of supplier contract strategy, including the drafting of RFP's, review of responses, cost benefit analysis, business case creation and approval. This must include; Best practice and performance monitoring tool kit, Governance oversight, Policy creation and Process management

Periodic risk management review

Provide technology roadmap for the department and strategic platform alignment with other stakeholders

Responsibility for the coordination of various Business Balanced Scorecards that include; Develop and oversee KPI/SLA performance and reporting, Correlate trend analysis and Provide commentary on variations in performance targets and measures to enable to achievement of objectives

Responsibility for the department Environmental management system including; Environmental performance monitoring, Legal compliance and Statutory and regulatory reporting including ISO14001 accreditation

Provide regular reports and updates to the International Head of Corporate Real Estate and Head of Facilities on all activities within the remit of the role

Undertake regular quality review audits of supply chain to ensure standards are met and maintained

Identify opportunities for efficiency savings and/or shortfalls as appropriate governance or approvals

Act as a coordinator and facilitator between other departments and stakeholders when assisting with their requirement and ensure a 'One Team' approach to service delivery

Experience

Substantial experience within a similar role, ideally in a professional services environment

Strong MS Office skills including data interrogation and visualisation

Experience of creating business cases and benefits realisation

Good commercial and contract management skills

Innovative, solution driven thinker

Organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail essential but with the ability to see the 'bigger picture'

Strong negotiating and collaboration skills

Effective at developing and maintaining internal and external relationships at all levels

Strong influencing skills with the ability to manage expectations

Ability and willingness to take the initiative and challenge the status quo

Ability to act with the highest levels of integrity
