My client who is one of the largest, independent and privately owned companies specialising in security solutions, facilities management, environmental protection and recruitment within the UK, Ireland and South Asia. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Regional Operations Director based in London working across the South of England. The purpose of the role is to be a Regional brand ambassador responsible for the delivery of service excellence thorough ownership, process and effective team management.

Essential skills and experience required:

Front Line Security Licence in either DS/SG/CP qualified security professional with proven management experience within the sector.At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a high-quality service provider and 5 years security industry sector experience.A full clean UK driving licence.Excellent IT skills to use Logo soft, and the suite of MS software including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and Power point.Communicate effectively and professionally at all levels – being polite, helpful and diligent, with a ‘can do’ attitude and strong engagement and negotiation skillsHave the focus/proven ability to deliver the highest standard of customer service with key stakeholders. Have the drive and motivational skills to solicit the right responses from colleagues and drive their development to underpin effective/efficient/innovative service solutionsBe a team player as well as working independently with a focus on sharing good practise and supporting sector wide enhancementHold appropriate and relevant qualifications and evidence of successWhat does success look like?

Exceptional customer service involves understanding the service being sold and how to identify potential opportunities for growth and development of the division.Regional Business Managers must understand, empathise and manage their customers’ expectations, always aiming to surpass in operational delivery and customer relationship management.Exceptional customer service also involves developing real relationships with the customers and listening to their concerns and desiresExamples shown are not exhaustive and may include any other reasonable duties:Deliver great service

Deliver great regional service (security, LAS & FM)Deliver great service on an agreed number of key accounts through ownershipIntroducing contract efficiencies, added value, innovations and real solutionsComplete announced & unannounced contract visits and auditsOversee

Regional manning levels, All incidents, accidents, complaints & claims, mobilisations and decommissions and contract loss investigationsSupport sales growth

Maximise all we have to offer through customer awareness of all company service lines, USPs and technologyProvide an agreed volume of qualified sales leads and support sales in whatever capacity required of youEstablish a great team

Selection, compliance, development, mentoring, performance management and KPI performance controlSalary, up to £50k pa plus £5k pa KPI bonus, company vehicle, Laptop & phone
