My client is a leading cleaning business with multiple operations! A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a confident, ambitious and focused individual to join the as a Regional Director This is a critical role which requires a self-assured ‘people person’ to develop client relationships. This portfolio will be made up of schools and local government contracts.

My client is looking for a Regional Director with extensive experience dealing with a multi-site accounts, assisting with the development and delivery of business opportunities and customer service excellence working within a key account focused structure.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer service and operational standards are maintained
  • Managing and delivering contract cleaning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Large budget responsibility over 1,5 million
  • Undertake performance management reviews and action any training or development required
  • Conduct recruitment interviews to ensure management vacancies are filled with suitable staff
  • Staff recruitment, training and development
  • Budgeting and full P&L
  • Professionally presented
  • Detail orientated

Essential Experience:

  • Must have experience in contract cleaning 
  • Creativity and wide scope for discretion
  • Commercial and financial awareness in a client environment
  • Experience managing educational or council contracts desirable



  • Experience at interfacing at all levels throughout an organisation
  • PC literate – understanding of how to use the technology as a tool
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Good team player
  • Able to command credibility and be able to influence
  • Proven management skills
