An excellent
opportunity to join a leading corporate financial company as Office Manager,
based in London. This is an interim role covering maternity leave for a minimum
of 3 months. You will report directly to the Company Secretary and ensure the
smooth running of the office infrastructure on a daily basis:
Manage and
negotiate key service contracts including cleaning, security, couriers and
M&E
Manage
relationships with building management, security and fellow tenants
Procurement
of office equipment, furniture and services including management of suppliers
and maintenance contracts
Line Manage
administration team including workflow, performance, sickness, training,
recruitment and development
Health
and Safety – ensure full compliance with all regulations
You
are likely to be a graduate or graduate calibre, an experienced administrator
with an awareness of health and safety issues and you will have the ability to
work within agreed guidelines and budget constraints.
You
will have excellent communication skills both oral and written, be a good
people manager who is assertive yet approachable, able to delegate, empower,
monitor and assist in the development of team members. Highly organised and
efficient with attention to detail, you will enjoy working in a fast paced
environment and be self-motivated and proactive and work well under pressure.
