Sales Consultant - Bolton, England

We are recruiting for an experienced sales professional to generate new leads on soft services contracts ranging from £100,000 to over 4 million in scale. The position requires a target motivated individual with an excellent track record/port-folio in the FM industry.
Requirements:
- To generate and develop new leads and contract opportunities in the SFM Market
- To oversee the sales team and spearhead focused sales initiatives
- To continue and maintain existing relationships and develop laterally and vertically
- To visit regional and national key potential sites
- To liaise with the operations team in contract delivery

Candidate Profile
*Sales skills to be able to develop new and existing national business either at meetings or by telesales
*Administrative skills (working on word, excel and PowerPoint)
*Presentation skills
*Organisational skills
*Researching skills (to enable the client to be on every appropriate tender listing)
*Attend client meetings and customer meetings whenever required (this will mean several overnight stays so must be able to accommodate this

The salary will be £20,000 + bonus system.

The bonus structure is based on revenue generated per contract.
0.5% bonus on all business brought in on the first 12 months then 0.1% on all business thereafter ongoing. Accounts can cover between £100,000 and over 4 million.
