Contract Manager
Reporting into the General Manager
£40K + pension + healthcare
Must have experience managing teams of engineers with full P & L accountability, the ability to obtain maximum value and the ability to build credible long-terms relationships in this newly created Contract Manager role.
In the main you will be responsible for managing the delivery of a significant contract on site at a leading university in Central London.
As Contract Manager you will also prepare planned preventative maintenance programmes to meet contract requirements, overseeing site safety and site maintenance inspections and day to day management of relevant employee/sub-contractor performance etc..
Our client is a leading maintenance services company with and enviable portfolio of projects across commercial, residential, industrial as well as educational sectors. They would also show preference to managers who have proven M&E contracts experience within the latter.
