Currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a highly reputable company in the East end of London. This is great opportunity for the successful Supervisor to work on a prestigious contract which has a length of 40 years. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work on a site that differs to any other. The Supervisor will support the operation and maintenance of generation and distribution equipment which consists of large scale boiler, CHP and chilling plant. The ideal candidate will ideally have some previous experience in this field and must have experience of supervising a team of engineers. A good understanding of operations and maintenance, particularly in the field of CHP, heating / chilling plant and distribution systems on a commercial / industrial level is essential as well as practical experience with IT related monitoring systems

The candidate will have previous hands-on experience in this field and the relevant industry qualifications, a good understanding of pro-active operations and maintenance, appropriate technical qualifications: appropriate City + Guilds mechanical or electrical or equivalent, ACS, experience of and familiarity with large scale boiler/heating systems both from a mechanical and electrical perspective, previous demonstrable experience of supervising staff and demonstrating leadership and team management skills.

23 days Holiday rising to 25 days after two years of completed service and by one day per five years of completed service thereafter to a maximum of 30 days
Pension: Individual contributions may be made from commencement. The Company contributes 5% after one year of completed service and, after two years completed service, 7.5% if matched by an individual contribution of 2.5%
