Reporting into the Director (Building Services)
£45K + car + pension + healthcare + flexible benefits
Ideally with major projects experience up to £10M in this newly created Project Manager role.
You will be responsible in the main for acting as the interface between members of site team and heads of department (Healthcare).
As well as managing typical day to day project management functions you will also be required to verify designs, interpret mechanical drawings and managing key provisions of engineering teams across multiple sites on a national basis. As Project Manager you will ideally have a mechanical background with projects experience within 'live environments' (Hospitals)
Our client is a national provider with a stable projects team who oversee projects within the healthcare sector. For this specific role you will be involved with major projects where amongst the teams current portfolio of works are three new builds/expansions ranging between £3-11M. The successful project manager can also look forward to flexible working benefits.
