Our client are looking for a Head of Support and Facilities Management to lead and manage a busy and demanding team (including Reception, Facilities and Support staff). The main thing you will need is strong leadership and people management skills.
You will be a hands on manager working across two sites and be responsible for coordinating a wide range of activities including buildings maintenance, post room, photocopying, file closing and the reception area (Predominately softer FM)
The role requires flexibility and the ability to build relationships and be innovative. You will have thorough knowledge of hard and soft services within a law firm. Excellent IT skills are essential.
