Job Title: Project Manager.
Location: Central London
Salary: £40k- £50k dependant upon experience+ Annual Bonus + Package
A large office refurbishment specialist company has an exciting vacancy for a Project Manager to join their team. They are a rapidly growing organisation with lots of new work on the books and are in need of an experienced individual with a wealth of knowledge in the office fit out and refurbishment arena.
The role will entail but not be limited to:
*Interior Projects
*Office refurbishment involving M&E fit outs and replacements
*Fabric Works
*Office fit outs
The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a project manager for an interior company and be from a technical background. It would also be very beneficial if you have built up a strong network of contacts/ clients within the industry that in due course you may be able to utilise for the winning of new projects.
The role is paying an excellent salary of £40k to £50k dependant upon experience+ an Annual Bonus and is located in and around Central London.
