Our client are a global real
estate company and are now looking to appoint an experienced Building Manager
to assist with the day-to-day operational FM activity.
You will be required to ensure the
value of the properties are maximised and to act in the best interests of the
client. You will be an experienced senior Facilities and Operations Manager
with a track record in service delivery, cost management, and Health and Safety
Compliance. You will be a good communicator, who will be able to liaise with
the clients and building occupiers ensuring a good level of service is
maintained. Strong numerical and reporting skills are essential, since you will
be responsible for all aspects of the property service charge, and expenditure
monitoring.
Key areas of expertise will
need to include: Experience in general contractor management and the property
maintenance, Health & Safety knowledge. with full awareness of PPM
processes and the requirements for issuing contractor permits, extensive
experience in contract and facilities management, budget control with a full
audit trail, and service charge management
