Seeking an electrically biased engineer to work for an in house company as part of their established HVAC maintenance team on perm nights (7pm - 7am) working 4 on 4 off. You will be based within a highly prestigious blue chip clientele environment and have demonstratable building services engineering hands on experience. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary up to £36,800
The role is primarily an HVAC maintenance post requiring you to carry out PPMs & reactive maintenance to plant such as cooling towers, air handling units, fan coil units, calorifers, UPS system (first line response), diesel generators (first line maintenance), power distribution PDU units, lighting & emergency lighting equipment, single & three phase distribution.
You must hold industry recognised electrical qualifications e.g. City and Guilds, apprentice trained, NVQ and 17th edition.
