Integrated services represent a move beyond bundling in which multiple service lines are brought together to be delivered in a coherent package by a single provider. The advantages are seen to lie in greater efficiencies in operation on the 'shopfloor', including via the introduction of a single-team culture, and reduced management costs through the removal of duplication across the individual services.
