Flexible working
A term applied to a great range of 'non-traditional' approaches to work, covering everything from the physical environment (hotdesking, for example) to terms & conditions (flexi-time, annualised hours etc). UK legislation on flexible working applies primarily to parents with young children and focuses on changes in hours spent at the place of work.
