Rob Harris is Principal of Ramidus Consulting, a specialist built environment advisory and research business that he established in 2003.
Prior to setting up Ramidus, Rob spent nearly twenty years in various research and consulting roles, in organisations including DEGW, DTZ, Stanhope Properties, Gerald Eve and Interior Services Group. At ISG, Rob was Operations Director of the Group’s Advisory activities.
Rob specialises in advising corporate occupiers, and has considerable experience of working with organisations to define, develop and deliver workplace strategies that support and promote their wider business objectives. His research involves working with owners, developers and policy makers to advise on market trends, investment opportunities, building specification, the changing needs of occupiers and occupancy benchmarking.
Rob publishes and presents widely on real estate matters, specialising in occupier issues, demand research and the role of real estate in organisational planning and change management. He recently published a book, Property and the Office Economy. He also works on various industry bodies and committees.
