Chris Brady, Managing Director - Mercury Alliance

Prior to joint-founding Mercury Alliance with Mike Cant in 2010, Chris spent over 20 years at the heart of the top-10 FTSE-quoted company and global consumer brand Diageo plc. Chris has first-hand experience of intelligent collaboration and partnering. His career includes senior roles in sales, marketing and global procurement in a multi-billion pound organisation and working in 35 international markets.

Diageo plc is the world's leading premium drinks company. Chris’s most recent assignment was a two-year stint as Head of Procurement in West Africa, Diageo’s 3rd-ranked global market. Prior to this, Chris was responsible for the Group’s pan-European property and facilities procurement. In this role, he spearheaded a 30-month change management programme called Simpler, Faster, Better, which not only resulted in dramatic cost-savings, but also provided a tangible step-change in service and quality delivery.

He brings this wealth of experience to bear on the issues facing companies outsourcing facilities management.
