Ball

Simon Ball is a web information expert and writes the 'net
knowledge' column for i-FM. He is also business manager at Interserve FM and was previously marketing manager for Trammell Crow Company in Europe. Prior to joining TCC, he was information manager at the Centre for Facilities Management in Glasgow, working on publications and research for FM clients across the UK. In addition to i-FM, Simon has written for a number of magazines and journals and has also collaborated on CFM publications covering such topics as benchmarking, the FM market and best practice.

Martin
Pickard

Martin Pickard is a writer, trainer and speaker with over 30 years' experience
in facilities management and services provision. His career includes property,
project and facilities roles in the UK with The Post Office, British Telecom
and Cellnet. He has also held boardroom positions with FM consultancy and
contracting organisations working for major customers around the world.
Martin is the President of the UK Chapter of IFMA and is a Certified Facilities
Manager. He is also a Fellow and former Council Member of the BIFM, an Associate
of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning and a Member of the
Institute of Customer Service.

Philip
Ross

Philip Ross is CEO of the Cordless Group and editor of UNWIRED.
He is a consultant, commentator and researcher on technology and workplace
futures and has pioneered research into the impact of new technologies on
work, the work process and workplace. He has worked with organisations
such as Ernst & Young, Allen & Overy, GlaxoSmithKline, Jones Lang
LaSalle and Ericsson on future workplace concepts based on emerging cordless
technologies. Philip has also spoken at conferences around the world and
authored a series of papers and books on workplace, technology and design
issues.

Sunil
Shah

Sunil Shah is a graduate to both BSc and MSc levels in environmental management and assessment and a qualified environmental management system auditor. He has spent over ten years in the environmental field, six with Johnson Controls and more recently at Jacobs, consulting and implementing solutions for clients. In addition, Sunil is involved across Europe with the development of a standardised environment and waste management solution to provide a level of consistency in delivery and expectation for clients. He also chairs the BIFM Sustainability Special Interest Group, which includes membership from other FM professional bodies, corporate organisations including GlaxoSmithKline and Carillion, government (DTI and ODPM), NGOs and social organisations.

Dave Wilson

Dave Wilson is Managing Director of FM consultancy Stratus Management Ltd. He is particularly interested in FM best practice and FM's role in the wider community, especially on an international stage. Dave is a past president of IFMA UK and a past chair of the BIFM International SIG. He also chairs the EuroFM Practice Network Group.
