1. Website Sponsorship – The best way to maximise awareness and generate leads for your company. This package puts your company right in front of your prospects – Facilities Professionals – straight from the front page.

2. Section Sponsorship – Sponsor a section of the site. We will tailor the sponsorship to meet your own bespoke requirements to enable you to generate the leads and build the awareness you require.

3. Banner Advertising – The classic way to advertise on the internet – simple yet effective.

4. Enhance your company, products and services – in the i-FM company listing section. Companies are categorised Gold or Bronze and listed alphabetically. Users of i-FM will also be able to search for your company details using i-FM’s dedicated search engine.

5. Sponsor a function – Sponsor the i-FM search engine or the ‘Member get member’ function. This way you will get your company name regularly in front of new prospects.

6. Recruitment Advertising

Site sponsorship is limited to just six sponsors. The package consists of:

1. Your company logo put on the i-FM front page – We put your company logo on the i-FM front page which is linked to an info-page (see below).

2. Banner advertisement – Your banner advertisement will rotate between the most popular pages on the site – Front page, news page and feature page*.

3. Info-page advertisement - A dedicated page linked straight from your banner advertisement and sponsors page enables you to tailor your offer to the i-FM audience. Email and web links make sure you can link to your own corporate website.

4. Enhanced Gold directory listing in the company listing section – As a website sponsor we will upgrade your listing to Gold status. In addition there will be a link from this listing to your Info-page, for you to promote your products and services to i-FM visitors.

5. 5 user licence – You will automatically be issued with a 5 user licence
to access real-time news and information of what is happening in FM.
Including a fully customisable email alert service.

All website sponsorship is available for 12 months.

On-line recruitment advertising is one of the most successful ways to attract new people to your organisation. i-FM can help you target on-line Facilities professionals who are technologically aware and know how to use the internet.

The i-FM recruitment advertising system runs on a credit-based system:

1 credit = a single 30 day job advertisement

Multiple credits allow you to purchase discounted credits and cuts down the administration and volume of invoices. You can of course still purchase job advertisements one at a time, but it is less cost-effective.

Upgrade your company

To further enhance your prominence on i-FM, you can upgrade your entry in the Companies Section (£500pa) as a featured company (Gold listing). This will elevate your presence on the site and make your company stand out.

If you are listed as a Gold listing, you will have your own personal mini-website on i-FM, with key information presented to a targeted audience.

Your company is given prime position at the top of the page. The entry allows companies to advertise their products accompanied by a short description, company name, location, detailed contact details with a link to a location map, company web site and email.

Sponsorship of the Recruitment Section

We will create a bespoke package for your section sponsorship, but the package consists of:·     

• Section Sponsor  – Your company name and logo will feature on the jobs front page and subsequent jobs pages.·     
• Logo on the weekly jobs email.·     
• Banner Advertisement – In addition to featuring your company name and logo, section sponsors will have a banner advertisement on the section front page – weighted to appear more frequently.·     
• Enhanced directory listing in the company listing section and on FM Pages and on FM Pages – As a section sponsor we will upgrade your listing. In addition there will be a link from this listing to your Info-page/web site, for you to promote your products and services to i-FM visitors.·
